I have an updatable report based on a simple query:
select * from table
The query contains a where condition which looks into the content of the page item
if p1_page_item is not null than match my string or return all rows if p1_page_item is null
WHERE lower(rowname) like
order by rowname asc
The problem is the following:
If I add a row to the tabular form and after that search for any string, the report (tabular form) shows the column names and the the row count showing the number of rows queried but it doesnt show the actual data rows. Logging out of the application and logging in again - everything appears to be normal. I am not able to repeat the problem if I want to. It happens accidentaly. Anyone outside with a similar experience?
Maybe I am doing something wrong. Help would be appreciated.

- Do you reset pagination when searching your tabular form? Take a look at the following posting, ita??s about regular reports, but it explains how to reset pagination after submitting a search. This might solve your issue.
