how to run .sql file?
could somebody tell how to run a .sql file at unix prompt?
the .sql file has select statements and spools out.

sqlplus -s user/password | .oracle.mscer.com.ret.sql ...
something like that ... In my .sql file output will be spooled to out file.
So, at the end, I should see out file in my directory
